To be eligible for a return, your item should still be within 60 days from the time you received your order. It must be in the same condition that you received it (We know it's already used but it should be in working condition). All items must also be inside the original case and you should not write anything on the case or box. We don't provide return labels. The shipping cost for the return is at the expense of the client as per our policy. No restocking fee and incomplete returns will not get a full refund.

We extended the warranty from 30 to 60 days so that our clients will have more time with the therapy. Results can already show in less than a week for up to a month.
