Your Laser should be charged when receiving them. When the unit is fully charged, then you can use it:
1. Press and hold the button to turn on your Novaa Extra Strength Laser
2. Select your appropriate dose time. We advise 5 min / day for a small area. You can set your Novaa Extra Strength Laser to auto-shutoff after 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes. Any amount of time is safe, but if you want a recommended starting dosage time of 5 minutes per spot.
3. Point the Novaa Extra Strength Laser on the affected area until the device shuts off. You may move it around the targeted area. If you have more than one area to target, you may use it again, just let it cool when it gets too hot.
4. For best results, continue daily use for 60 days or until healed. You will begin to experience noticeable effects after 2-3 days of use.
5. Once you are healed you should continue using your device once or twice per week for maintenance of the results.
6. One full charge is good for a week with 5 minutes session a day, so that's 35 minutes for one full charge. If the Laser gets hot, it means it needs to rest. Kindly leave it to cool before using it again. You can fully charge the Laser for for 1 good hour.
NOTE: The Laser uses the NIR and RED lights at the same time in just steady mode. NIR lights are invisible.
OPTIONAL: Continue regular use after healing for preventative measures. (Highly recommended so you can return to the physical activities you love). If you feel a slight pain when using it, it may mean that your body is getting rid of the toxins. Start slowly with 2 minutes sessions then increase progressively while your body is getting used to your new therapy.
