Red light therapy is such an amazing technology! Here are some guidelines for new users:

  1. Our customers generally have the best results when the lights directly shines on the skin. We advise not to have anything which would block the light. If you wish to wear clothes, make sure the fabric is thin and the light can go through because if not, it won't be as effective.
  2. The standard treatment is once a day or twice a day for accelerated results. You can use it at your most convenient time. 
  3. You can start first by using RED only frequency and then infrared only and then you can use both afterwards. Start with about 5 minutes of usage and increase the time gradually. You have to give your body some time to adjust the lights.
  4. Drinking water before your session. The red and infrared lights are attracted to well- hydrated cells.
  5. You can use your Novaalab devices on any part of your body EXCEPT for the eyes. Don't shine it straight your eyeballs. Also, infrared heats up differently on metals so if you have metal implants, just use the RED only frequency.
  6. Remember, consistency is key. Don't miss a session if you want promising results.
