No worries! We will replace what needs to be replaced as long as you are within the 2 year warranty (starts when you received your order from July 2022 onwards) or if you have the Lifetime Gold Warranty. 

  • Kindly contact our customer service thru EMAIL ([email protected]) or CHAT here on website. 
  • Kindly send us a short video (10 seconds) showing the defectiveness of the device. Example: Loose wire connection of the pad, some lights are not lighting up, the remote is not working. 
  • Confirm your shipping address.
  • PLEASE DO NOT THROW your defective devices. We might ask you to send it back to us so we can investigate the issue.
  • Add shipping insurance so we can replace your order when it's lost in transit.
  • For our pads (Light Pad, XL Pad and Recovery Pod), we replace the pad if 15% of the lights are not working.
