All orders from July 2022 to December 16 2024 have 2-year warranty. 

1 year warranty for all orders made from December 17, 2024 onwards. Client's can purchase the warranty extension to add 24 months upon checkout - price varies on your ordered device. We will replace any defective parts, starting from the day you received your order. No need to register for the warranty. 

GUIDELINES:

1. If you need a replacement, kindly contact our customer service. 
2. We do not replace lost, stolen and confiscated items.
3. Please provide us with evidence of your device's malfunction. A photo or a short video will do. 
4. Add shipping insurance so we can replace your order when it's lost in transit.
5. For our pads (Light Pad, XL Pad and Recovery Pod), we replace the pad if 15% of the lights are not working.
