What if my package gets lost?Updated a year ago

At Novaalab, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit or delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or chat with us at www.novaalab.com with your order number and correct shipping address. 

You may also check your local post office. There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please contact customer service.
